You may return any item for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. If you receive an item that is damaged, we will also refund the shipping charges. We will gladly exchange your item or refund the purchase price, and a Return Slip is enclosed with your order for your convenience. Credit Choices You may receive credit either through a refund check in the mail or reverse charges on your credit card. You would need to fill out the Colored Sheet Return Slip enclosed with your order with the required information, so that we can complete this.
